About & Methodology

Who writes this site, how we score a crypto casino, and exactly how our affiliate relationships work - the page every review and guide on this site links back to.

Who runs this site

[Replace this paragraph with a real editorial team bio before launch - name, background, and why this person or team is positioned to evaluate crypto casinos: prior work in iGaming, crypto, consumer finance journalism, or similar. An anonymous or fabricated bio is worse for trust and rankings than no bio at all.]

Every review and guide page on this site carries an individual byline. If you want to check a specific author's background before trusting a specific page, their name links to a short bio from the article itself.

How we score a casino

Every casino that appears on a ranked list is checked against the same five criteria, regardless of any commercial relationship with that operator:

  • Licensing and ownership - the license number is checked directly against the issuing regulator's public register, not taken from the casino's own footer. We note the specific license type and jurisdiction on each review.
  • Verification (KYC) policy - what triggers identity verification, at what deposit or withdrawal size, and whether that matches what the casino discloses in its own terms.
  • Real withdrawal behavior - cross-checked against independent player complaint forums and community reports, not just advertised payout times.
  • Game provider reputation - which studios supply the games, whether they publish independent RNG audits, and whether provably fair verification is available.
  • Complaint and dispute history - unresolved player disputes tracked on independent complaint sites, weighted into the score.

A full breakdown of how each category is weighted into a final score will be published here before the first ranked list goes live with real operator data.

How often reviews are re-checked

[State the actual re-check cadence once operational - e.g. "every 90 days" or "monthly." Every reviewed page's "last updated" date should match this cadence in practice, not just in copy.]

How our affiliate relationships work

Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you sign up through them, we may earn a commission from the casino at no extra cost to you. That relationship never determines a casino's score or rank - a casino with no affiliate relationship with us is scored identically to one that has one, using the criteria above. Where a casino has no affiliate relationship in place, its review is not removed or demoted; it's simply an ordinary listing.

Every page carrying affiliate links discloses this in its footer, in line with FTC guidance in the US and equivalent disclosure requirements elsewhere.

What this site is not

This site is not a licensed gambling operator, does not accept deposits, and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Offshore crypto casinos are typically licensed outside a visitor's home country, and the legality of accessing one varies by jurisdiction and can change - our country guides are a starting point, not a substitute for checking current local law yourself.

Corrections and disputes

If you believe a review contains an inaccuracy - a wrong license number, an outdated withdrawal time, a factual error of any kind - contact us with details and a source where possible. Corrections are made to the page directly, with the "last updated" date reflecting the change.

The short version

Real bylines, a fixed and disclosed scoring method, independent verification wherever possible, and affiliate relationships that never influence rank. If any page on this site falls short of that, it's a bug worth reporting.
